CONTRACK Debuts in Wrocław Read moreCONTRACK will once again be present at the largest railway industry trade fair in Poland – TRAKO 2025 in Gdańsk, taking place on September 23–26, 2025.
This is a unique opportunity to meet our team, learn more about the technology, and see with your own eyes an innovative 10-meter prefabricated crossing (with the option to produce slabs up to 17 meters long!) with integrated rails and warning lights, which we will present together with the KZN Bieżanów Group at the outdoor booth – TZ11
The Contrack technology is a unique solution that combines a steel track structure with prefabricated reinforced concrete slabs and resilient rail fastenings. This allows tracks to be laid quickly and precisely – almost like “building blocks.”
This technology has been tested under demanding urban conditions – for example, during the reconstruction of Plac Zawiszy in Warsaw, one of the busiest tram hubs in the capital. The use of prefabricated modules there made it possible to:
reduce disruption time threefold – from the typical 3 months down to just 5 weeks,
ensure high quality and durability through customized design,
guarantee double quality control: a) by verifying the geometry of each slab after production, b) by performing a trial assembly of slabs from the entire project stage.
At our booth, we will showcase a completed prefabricated crossing, while our experts will explain the process of its creation, the logistics of deliveries, and the practical benefits of using this technology. It’s a chance to take a closer look at a solution that is transforming the way rail and tram tracks are modernized and built.
We invite you to TRAKO 2025 – let’s meet and talk about the future of rail infrastructure with CONTRACK!

----
At this year's trade fair, CONTRACK technology was presented in its most natural form – not as a concept, but as a real, ready-made infrastructure solution.
In the outdoor space, visitors could see a full-size prefabricated tram crossing constructed using CONTRACK technology. This display format best captures the character of the system – based on prefabricated components that can be quickly and precisely installed without lengthy fieldwork. The presented module – equipped with an integrated rail and LED lighting – was the starting point for discussions about one of the technology's key advantages: the ability to conduct track work in a very short time, even overnight. In the context of heavily used urban spaces, this translates into a significant reduction in disruptions for residents and public transport.
The practical aspect of the solution generated significant interest. Instead of visualizations or models, trade fair attendees could see a real infrastructure element – exactly as it arrives on construction sites. This approach led to numerous conversations with city representatives, contractors, and designers seeking technologies that can accelerate and streamline track investment projects.
For CONTRACK, participating in TRAKO 2025 was, above all, an opportunity to engage directly with the market – to discuss, exchange experiences, and present technology in its most practical form. We thank everyone who visited our exhibition and took the time to speak with us. These meetings best demonstrate how significantly the approach to building and modernizing tram infrastructure is changing – and how important prefabrication is playing a role in this.
